        Established in 1991, Shijiazhuang Changshan Textile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Changshan Group”) is a solely state-owned enterprise. In 1996, Changshan Group was authorized by the Government of Hebei Province to operate the state-owned assets of municipal textile enterprises. At present, Changshan Group has 12 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 1 equity participating company (i.e. a listed company), with 5,600 registered employees, registered capital of RMB 1.254 billion and total assets of RMB 15.6 billion. It has 2 main business, i.e. textile and software. Changshan Group boasts 310,000 spindles and over 1,000 wide-shuttleless looms. Its products cover yarns, fabrics, garment, hometextiles and software R&D.
        Changshan Group and its subsidiary companies have the first national-recognized enterprise technological center, an academician workstation, a government-recognized technical laboratory and a state-level skillful masters workshop in cotton and textile industry. Now, Changshan Group has 84 valid textile patents, 13 of which are invention patents and 71 of which are patents for utility model technology. Besides, Changshan Group has 1 national famous brand product, 4            “Most Influential Brands” in Chinese cotton and textile industry, 3 famous brand products of Hebei Province and 4 famous trademarks of Hebei Province. Its products have been listed in China’s popular fabrics for years.
        Successively, Changshan Group has won Science and Technology Contribution Award of Chinese Textile Industry, Textile Products Development Contribution Award of Chinese Textile Industry, Quality Award of Chinese Textile Industry, Quality Award of Hebei Province, and Quality Award of Shijiazhuang Municipal Government and so on. In 2018, Changshan Group ranked the 379th among the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China, the 13th among the top 100 cotton textile enterprises in China in terms of main business income, the 25th among the top 100 cotton textile enterprises in China in terms of competitiveness and the 54th among the top 100 enterprises in Hebei Province.
        Changshan Group is the majority shareholder of Shijiazhuang Changshan Beiming Technology Co., Ltd. which is a listed company and a mixed-ownership enterprise covering 2 main industries, i.e. textile and software. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Beiming Software has more than 100 domestic leading software products and excellent industry solutions, which have obtained independent intellectual property rights. It has been ranked as one of the top 100 enterprises in the software industry of China for six years consecutively.
        In response to the Shijiazhuang municipal strategic deployment of constructing “4+4” Modern Industrial Development Pattern, Changshan Group is making its new planning to seize new opportunities and is actively initiating new projects to develop and strengthen its textile business, software business and capital operation by centering on the implementation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Synergetic Development Strategy and the launch of Xiongan New Area Planning Outline.
